Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.
  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-21 business days
  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays).

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • The email will contain a tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages & Lost Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
  • We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim with the carrier.
